Every appointment for a service that needs a patch test is checked against your patch test log. It shows OK, Patch test needed, Patch test expired, or Reaction on file in red, so you see it before the client sits down. You set how long a clear test stays current and how many days before a treatment it must be done, to match your insurer and product makers. Client cards keep allergies, sensitivities and preferences (lash map, shape, colour) in one place, remind you when a consultation form needs updating and show when each client is next due a rebook. Prices come from your own price list, no-shows and late cancellations are charged at your fee, and deposits, payments and tips are tracked, so you always know who owes you.
