Run your cleaning business from one spreadsheet: clients, cleans, payments, quotes, who owes you and what you have earned this tax year. Works in Google Sheets AND Excel. Log each clean with the date, client, hours and status, and the price works itself out: the client's fixed price, or hours times their hourly rate, never below your minimum charge. Add extras like an oven clean on the job. Late cancellations and lockouts can be charged, free cancellations are not. Payments come off each client's balance, so you can see at a glance who owes you and who has paid ahead, and every regular client shows the date their next clean is due, turning orange when it is overdue. The Monthly tab follows the UK tax year (6 April to 5 April) or a January start. There are two versions: UK (£, dd/mm/yyyy) and US ($, mm/dd/yyyy).
